Devils Daily: A Myriad of Devils News
Friday felt like a never-ending marathon for the New Jersey Devils. A myriad of Devils news dropped before the puck even hit the ice for the Devils’ tilt against the San Jose Sharks. Some good, and some not so good. More on that later in the links.
Following all that news, the Devils had a tough night in a 6-3 loss to San Jose. One might expect that New Jersey will hit the ice tomorrow to attempt to fix the issues that certainly exist. However, they’ll receive a CBA-mandated day off.
For those wondering, the NHL CBA states that each team needs to give its players a certain number of days off per month. Those days are pre-planned and cannot be changed regardless of the situation at hand.
Let’s get to some links.
