New Jersey Devils

Are the New Jersey Devils getting Jack Hughes back soon? The Devils superstar seems to think so. He won’t play this weekend at the All-Star Game, but Hughes drafted his running mate, Jesper Bratt, to Team Hughes in his place.

How does the Elias Lindholm trade affect the Devils? There will certainly be fallout from the Calgary Flames making their first move to strip down their parts and retool.

Elsewhere, would Pittsburgh consider moving Evgeni Malkin? Philly isn’t shopping Scott Laughton, but they’re not hanging up the phone when teams call. And does Kaapo Kakko make sense in Chicago?

Let’s do that hockey.
