Devils Daily: Fitzgerald’s Plans; Mittelstadt on the Move?
Rightfully so, fans of the New Jersey Devils are frustrated due to the regression this season. Some have even said they should throw in the towel and try again next season. However, it sounds like they will be aggressive ahead of the NHL Trade Deadline to try and make an upgrade.
One obstacle they might face is their prospect pool is weaker than it was in the past, according to expert prospect scouts.
Elsewhere, speaking of Devils prospects, a former Devils first-round pick is receiving high praise with his new club. Philly could target a high-profile center out of Buffalo. Colorado could, too. They’re in the market for a center.
