The New Jersey Devils will hit the ice at 11 A.M. this morning. They’ll fly out to Texas afterward for tomorrow’s tilt against the Dallas Stars.

San Jose Hockey Now: Alexander Barabonov was expected to be traded at last Friday’s NHL Trade Deadline. He wound up staying in San Jose, but the Russian forward is disappointed he wasn’t moved.
Colorado Hockey Now: The Colorado Avalanche found their 2C in Casey Mittelstadt after acquiring him from the Buffalo Sabres. The newest Avalanche forward scored his first goal in maroon and blue against the Calgary Flames last night.
Calgary Hockey Now: The Flames have officially renounced Topi Rönni’s draft rights. The former Calgary prospect has been sentenced to a one-year suspended sentence for rape by the Helsinki district court.
Philly Hockey Now: After six hard-fought games, Philadelphia Flyers prospect Alexei Kolosov and his Dinamo Minsk have been eliminated from the KHL playoffs, losing to No. 1 seed Dynamo Moscow.
Chicago Hockey Now: Connor Bedard notched his 20th goal of the season in 52 games en route to a five-point night. Imagine what he would have done with 82 games.
