Devils Daily: Preseason Concern? Michkov-Mania In Philly
The New Jersey Devils will have their last morning skate in Newark today before they take off for Prague for the Global Series. The Devils will hit the ice at 10:30 A.M. and board their flight later that night.
Perhaps this long road trip is exactly what they need. The Devils went winless in the preseason and with so many new faces around, what better way to bond than this?
In the links, are the Devils concerned about their winless exhibition schedule?
Plus, Matvei Michkov already looks promising, so does Macklin Celebrini, and an unfortunate collision for Patrik Laine.

San Jose Hockey Now: Rookie Macklin Celebrini hasn’t been a member of the San Jose Sharks very long. However, the 2024 No.1 overall selection is impressing his teammates thus far.
Boston Hockey Now: Despite remaining without a contract with the Boston Bruins, goaltender Jeremy Swayman remains among the favorites to win the Vezina Trophy.
Montreal Hockey Now: Uh oh. You just can’t feel anything but horrible for Patrik Laine. In preseason action on Saturday, the Montreal Canadiens forward needed to be helped off the ice following a knee-on-knee collision. Arber Xekhaj made sure to retaliate.
