The New Jersey Devils (15-8-2) head to Motor City to face the Detroit Red Wings (10-10-2) on Friday afternoon. Fortunately for New Jersey, the Devils are getting Timo Meier back in the lineup after he served his one-game suspension.

Nolan Foote replaced Meier in the lineup during Wednesday night’s loss which snapped the Devils’ three-game win streak.

The Devils are hoping to start a new string of wins, which will ultimately snap a two-game win streak the Red Wings are currently on, defeating the New York Islanders and Calgary Flames in consecutive games.
