NJHN Daily: Devils Defenseman Snubbed; Haula Chirps Bratt; 4 Nations Roster Reveal

Yesterday’s roster reveal for the 4 Nations Faceoff went as expected… for the most part. We knew New Jersey Devils stars Jack Hughes and Jesper Bratt would be named to their respective countries and go from friend to foe. Jacob Markstrom joins Bratt, and Erik Haula—who is already chirping his Devils teammates—will play for Team Finland. What many didn’t expect, however, was the omission of the Devils’ No.1 defenseman.

Elsewhere, Nikita Zadorov calls out Detroit forward, a peek behind the curtain at Kyle Dubas’ future, and the top players 24 and younger headlined by a Devils superstar.

Strangely enough, Hamilton was even left off Canada’s All-Snub roster:

More NJHN: Devils forward Jesper Bratt and goaltender Jacob Markstrom will represent Team Sweden, Erik Haula to play for Team Finland at the 4 Nations Faceoff.
