The New Jersey Devils (18-9-2) host the recovering Colorado Avalanche (14-13-0) at the Prudential Center on Sunday evening in the second of a five-game home stand.

The Avalanche just received forward Ross Colton back from injured reserve, just a few weeks after both Artturi Lehkonen and Valeri Nichuskin found their way back to the lineup.

Colorado general manager Chris MacFarland also recently upgraded the Avs struggling goaltending situation, acquiring ex-Devils goaltender Scott Wedgewood. He’s the Avalanche’s projected starter against the Devils.
