Following a 3-1-1 home stand, the New Jersey Devils will be off on Sunday. They’ll hit the road for two games next week, before coming home for another two games before the holiday break.

If you can believe it, we’re already nearing the holiday’s.

Anyway, in the links, the Devils needed a kick in the pants on Saturday in their tilt with the Chicago Blackhawks. They got one in the form of their head coach.

Elsewhere, the Devils rival, the New York Rangers are crumbling and changes are inbound, Boston nabs a former first round pick on waivers, and another trade for Anaheim.

Let’s do that hockey.
