Certainly, the New Jersey Devils (24-13-3) didn’t ring in the New Year the way head coach Sheldon Keefe would have wanted on Tuesday night versus the Anaheim Ducks.

No one, especially the Devils’ head coach, was happy with the 3-2 loss to an inferior opponent on a night that was supposed to be filled with celebration.

Now, the Devils are looking to turn the page and halt their losing streak at two games against the Los Angeles Kings (21-10-5), who have been going well all season.
