NJHN Daily: Devils Linked to Top Free Agent; Players on NHL Trade Block

As the days pass, more and more names of intrigue are reportedly becoming available. For the New Jersey Devils, they’ve been linked to a top free agent who is likely headed to free agency.
However, a few other names that should certainly be of interest to upgrade the scoring department seem to be emerging. More on the new names on the NHL trade block in the links.

Ottawa Sun: Bruce Garrioch reports that Drake Batherson is a name to watch as the Ottawa Senators look to clear cap space, and are dangling the winger on the NHL trade market. At his low cap hit, he’s the kind of scorer the Devils could use.
