Devils Prospect Named to Finland World Junior Championship Roster

The Devils believe they got a steal in the second round by selecting Lenni Hameenaho out of Liiga. They got their first look at what the winger could do this summer when he visited New Jersey attending development camp along with the other rookies. Now, Hameenaho is set to represent Finland at the World Junior Summer Showcase. For the Puckdoku players, the Devils are a category in today’s game, have fun. Plus, Patrice Bergeron hangs up his skates. It leads us to wonder if Zach Parise and Jonathan Toews will be next.

Leijonat.Fi: The Devils selected Lenni Hameenaho with their first pick of the 2023 NHL Entry Draft in the second round. Fans in New Jersey got their first taste of Hameenaho a few weeks ago at development camp at the RWJBarnabas Arena. Now, they’ll get to see Hameenaho represent Finland this summer at the World Junior Summer Showcase.
