Devils Daily: A Familiar Face in a New Place, Kane’s Decision Soon?

New Jersey Devils

It’s another New Jersey Devils Game Day!

The New York Islanders aren’t AS banged up as the Devils, however, they’re limping into New Jersey. They’re without No.1 defenseman Adam Pelech, Sebastian Aho, and potentially Simon Holmstrom and Cal Clutterbuck due to illness.

Fortunately, the Devils have captain Nico Hischier back. On Saturday, it was evident they were much more systematically cohesive. We’ll see if it was just a good game or if Hischier’s restored balance to the Devils tonight and moving forward.

Elsewhere, a former Devils coach hired, Patrick Kane’s decision could be soon, and a look back at Tony DeAngelo getting beat up.

Let’s do that hockey.
