Last night’s results might not have gone in favor of the New Jersey Devils. However, there are certainly good losses and bad losses. You can absolutely characterize that one as a good loss, especially since they at least gained a point.



There’s continued bad blood between the Devils and Florida Panthers. That showed itself last night. More on that and last night’s game in the links.

Colorado Hockey Now: Mikko Rantanen hasn’t yet signed a contract extension and an NHL reporter for TVA Sports, Renaud Lavoie, believes the Avalanche will trade the superstar winger if they’re unable to agree to terms before the trade deadline. The bad news? The Devils rival is the team linked to the Finnish star.

Montreal Hockey Now: There was some unfortunate news to discuss on Tuesday, as Montreal Canadiens forward Emil Heineman was struck by a car while walking in Utah. Fortunately, he’s going to be okay.
