NJHN Daily: Assessing Devils Trade Deadline; Another Golden Knights Trade Stunner?

Well, last night certainly put to bed any questions fans had regarding the level of intensity in the 4 Nations Face-Off. It was absolutely electric in Montreal, and both teams left it all on the ice. New Jersey Devils forward Jesper Bratt earned a primary assist, tying the contest that went to overtime and ended in Canada’s favor. Today, it’s Jack Hughes’ turn.
Speaking of Hughes, there could certainly be a level of observation by Tom Fitzgerald thinking ahead to the 2025 NHL trade deadline. Hughes is on a line with two shooters, something that the Devils don’t possess. Could that impact how Fitzgerald handles a potential Devils trade? More on that in the links.
