Devils Daily: A New Era; Keefe Pays Tribute to Tortorella

The New Jersey Devils introduced Sheldon Keefe yesterday in what was described as a “great day for New Jersey.”



There was certainly excitement among the Devils’ hockey operations, media, and fans alike who greeted Keefe at his introductory press conference. More on Keefe coming on New Jersey Hockey Now later today.

Amid Keefe’s introduction, we found out two additional candidates that GM Tom Fitzgerald interviewed before he hired Keefe.

Elsewhere, a Matt Murray reunion? Will Smith is NHL-bound. And Keefe pays tribute to John Tortorella.
